Zen at Home – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may ask for a photo of the item and your order number.

  • In most cases, we won’t ask you to return the item.

  • A refund or replacement will be arranged once confirmed.

2. Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please get in touch within 7 days.

  • We’ll refund you for the missing item or send a replacement.

3. Incorrect Items Sent

If you receive an item you didn’t order, please let us know within 7 days.

  • We’ll arrange for it to be returned (at no cost to you).

  • If you were charged for the item, we’ll issue a refund.

4. Items Ordered in Error

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can return it within 14 days.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Return postage costs are your responsibility.

  • Once we receive the items in good condition, we’ll issue a refund (minus the original delivery cost).

5. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Please contact us first for return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Once we’ve received and checked the items, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles unless unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
