If an item is out of stock, you will be refunded within 1–10 business days.
4. Delivery

Our delivery depends on the weight of your total order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery is typically next working day after dispatch but may take longer during busy periods.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Zen at Home is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If you cancel after dispatch, or change your mind once items arrive, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
