By placing an order with Zen at Home, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • These terms and conditions, together with our Returns Policy, apply to all purchases made with Zen at Home.

  • Your use of our website and services is voluntary and indicates acceptance of these terms.

2. Product Information & Use

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Occasionally, minor variations may occur.

  • Cosmetic and personal care items comply with relevant UK regulations. Ingredients are listed on the product or available on request.

  • Zen at Home is not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse of products.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

  • If an item is out of stock, you will be refunded within 1–10 business days.

4. Delivery

  • Our delivery depends on the weight of your total order.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery is typically next working day after dispatch but may take longer during busy periods.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Zen at Home is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

  • If you cancel after dispatch, or change your mind once items arrive, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

6. Liability

  • All products are provided “as is” and we make no guarantees beyond those required by law.

  • Zen at Home is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays, missed deliveries, or misuse of products.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
